Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling as a member of TRUEMAN, accessing our website at trueman.us, or placing any order through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or access member pricing.

These terms apply to all registered members who access or use the TRUEMAN platform, whether through our website, mobile interface, or any other means of access we may provide.

Membership & Eligibility

TRUEMAN operates as a members-only menswear platform. Access to vendor-direct pricing, size matching, and purchase history is exclusively available to verified active members.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable. Your Member ID may not be shared with or used by any other individual.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member ID.
• TRUEMAN reserves the right to refuse grant you membership INITIALLY by refusing or returning full payment.
• A granted membership cannot be revoked or memebrship fee returned before the end of its annual cycle.
• Members must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment and keep it up to date.

Membership status may be one of the following: Active, Pending Payment, or Suspended (request suspended). Only Active members may place orders and access member pricing.

Membership Fees & Renewal

TRUEMAN membership requires an annual fee of $100 USD per year. This fee is promotional and grants you access to vendor-direct pricing on all products for the duration of your membership term.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership term has commenced.
• Memberships expire one year from the date of enrollment or last renewal.
• It is the member's responsibility to renew before expiration to maintain uninterrupted access.
• TRUEMAN does not automatically charge renewal fees. Renewal is initiated by the member.
• Upon expiration, access to member pricing and order placement will be suspended until renewal.

Members-Only Pricing

All prices displayed on the TRUEMAN platform are exclusive to active members and reflect vendor-direct pricing — with no middleman markup. These prices are not available to the general public.

• Member prices are subject to change without notice based on supplier costs and inventory.
• Market prices shown alongside member prices are approximate retail comparisons for reference only.
• TRUEMAN makes no guarantee that market prices shown reflect current retail pricing at any specific retailer.

Orders & Purchases

All orders placed through TRUEMAN are subject to availability and confirmation. Placing an order does not constitute a guaranteed contract of sale until confirmed by TRUEMAN.

• Orders are fulfilled on a best-effort basis. TRUEMAN acts as an intermediary between members and vendors.
• Product prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• TRUEMAN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. TRUEMAN is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email address on file promptly upon order placement.

Sales tax of 7% is applied to all orders in compliance with South Carolina Department of Revenue regulations. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

TRUEMAN ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

• Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from order with guaranteed confirmation.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of items ordered and are displayed at checkout.
• TRUEMAN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• For expedited delivery, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

TRUEMAN's return and exchange policy is governed by our separate Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
• Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return requests must be initiated within the timeframe specified in our Return Policy.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the member.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the TRUEMAN platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Specifically, you may not:

• Share your Member ID or allow others to use your account to access member pricing.
• Resell products purchased through TRUEMAN at member pricing without prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the TRUEMAN platform or pricing data.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or member information.
• Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems or databases.

Violation of any prohibited use policy may result in immediate membership suspension or permanent revocation without refund.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

• We collect only the information necessary to operate services and internal statistical purposes.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your purchase history and account data are stored securely and accessible only to you and to secured TRUEMAN system software. TRUEMAN, for statistical purposes, does not need to know 'who you are?' or 'your named identity' but needs other informations ~ like your sizes and purchase patterns.
• By using our platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TRUEMAN and its owners, employees, vendors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our platform or services.
• Any products purchased through TRUEMAN, including defects, sizing discrepancies, or damage in transit.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any interruption or cessation of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, your membership, or any purchase made through TRUEMAN shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in York County, South Carolina.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

TRUEMAN reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

• Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
• For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via email where one is on file.
