TRUEMAN stands behind every product in our catalogue. Because we source factory-direct and verify quality before listing, defects are rare — but if you receive something that doesn't meet your expectations, we will make it right.

Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original, undamaged packaging
- With all tags attached
- Free of odors, stains, or alterations of any kind
Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted except in cases of manufacturing defect.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Item received is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item shipped (different from what was ordered)
- Significant size discrepancy (more than one full size off from labeled size)
Size Note: Because your sizing profile is collected at registration and used to match you to the right products, size-related returns due to incorrect profile data are not covered. Please ensure your sizing profile is accurate before ordering.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or made-to-measure orders
- Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
- Items returned without prior authorization
Exchange Policy
We strongly prefer exchanges over refunds. If the item you received is not right, we will work to get you the correct item as quickly as possible.
Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when an exchange is not possible. Processing time:
- Zelle / Venmo / PayPal: 1–3 business days after return is inspected
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Membership fees are non-refundable. The $100 annual fee covers access to factory pricing for 365 days and is not tied to any specific purchase.
Return Shipping
TRUEMAN operates on a factory-direct, no-markup model and does not collect margin on any sale. Because of this, return shipping is the customer's responsibility in all cases. You may use any carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and are responsible for the shipping cost directly to the carrier.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. TRUEMAN is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at our contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
- Package the item securely and write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Do not ship without an RA number — unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Ship using any carrier of your choice at your cost. Retain your tracking number.
- Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
